为了对钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装的意外损伤进行快速修复,避免其成为桥面铺装破坏的起点,提出了一种快速修复材料并对其进行了评价。首先介绍了钢桥面沥青混凝土铺装意外损伤的修复材料与工艺,其次对沥青混凝土材料的意外损伤进行了模拟预制并进行了修复,进而分别采用小梁三点弯曲试验与车辙试验对修复后试件的强度和抗变形能力进行了室内试验测试。试验结果表明修复后试件与完好试件的强度性能相当;养护8h后轮载作用1h的变形为0.813mm,动稳定度达到8 300次/mm,具有良好的抗变形能力。最后采用该快速修复技术对某大跨径钢桥意外损伤进行了实桥修复,修复后使用情况较好。
In order to quickly repair the unintentional damage of the epoxy asphalt concrete pavement of the steel bridge deck and prevent it from becoming the starting point of the damage of the bridge deck pavement, a rapid repair material is proposed and evaluated. Firstly, the repairing materials and technology of unintentional damage to asphalt concrete pavement of steel bridge deck were introduced. Then the accidental damage of asphalt concrete material was prefabricated and repaired. Then the three-point bending test of trabecular and the rutting test were applied to the repaired The strength and deformation resistance of the specimen were tested in laboratory. The test results show that the strength and strength of the repaired specimen are the same as those of the intact specimen. After 8 hours of curing, the deformation at wheel load of 1h is 0.813mm and the dynamic stability reaches 8 300 times / mm. It has good resistance to deformation. Finally, the rapid repair technique was used to repair the unintentional damage of a large span steel bridge, and the situation was better after the repair.
