近期,幼儿教师“虐童”事件频频发生,引发了众人对这一现象的广泛关注与思考。其实,幼儿教师“虐童”事件已不仅仅是师德问题,而上升到了制度管理层面。对于这一现象,我们需要从政府、教育机构、教师队伍以及家长等多个层面来探讨其原因,再对这些原因予以剖析,并给予相应的解决对策,以杜绝“虐童事件”的发生。
Recently, kindergarten teachers “child abuse ” incident occurred frequently, triggering widespread concern about this phenomenon and thinking. In fact, kindergarten teachers “child abuse ” incident has not only the issue of teacher morality, but rose to the institutional management level. For this phenomenon, we need to explore the reasons from the government, educational institutions, teachers and parents and other levels, and then analyze these reasons, and give appropriate solutions to prevent “child abuse incidents” occur.
