基于逆向工程的思想,在Matlab中由计算机生成包含粗粗度和波纹度的随机粗糙表面,编制了数据转换程序,在Pro/E中拟和重构出粗糙表面,进而,在ANSYS中应用子结构法进行有限元分析,实现了由计算机生成随机粗糙表面到粗糙表面间接触的有限元分析,得到了粗糙表面的应力分布,应用该方法可有效的为表面设计和机械失效的痕迹分析提供参考依据。
