以稀土硝酸盐、5′-次黄嘌呤核苷酸二钠盐(5′-IMP)为原料,制备了两种稀土配合物Nd(Ⅲ)-IMP与Ce(Ⅲ)-IMP。通过元素分析及ED-TA滴定确定了配合物的组成,并通过摩尔电导、IR、UV、TG-DSC的测定对配合物进行了表征。结果表明5′-次黄嘌呤核苷酸以嘌呤碱基上的N(7)原子分别与Nd(Ⅲ),Ce(Ⅲ)配位,其中磷酸根未参与配位,但可能形成氢键。将合成的固体配合物进行了抑菌试验,并与配体5′-IMP进行比较,结果表明两种配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎球菌均有强抑制作用,而配体5′-IMP无抑菌作用。
Two rare earth complexes Nd (Ⅲ) -IMP and Ce (Ⅲ) -IMP were prepared from rare earth nitrate and 5’-inosinic acid disodium salt (5’-IMP). The composition of the complex was confirmed by elemental analysis and ED-TA titration. The complex was characterized by means of molar conductance, IR, UV and TG-DSC. The results showed that 5’-inosinic acid coordinates with Nd (Ⅲ) and Ce (Ⅲ) at the N (7) atom on the purine base, respectively. However, phosphate does not participate in coordination but hydrogen bond may be formed. The synthesized solid complexes were tested for antibacterial activity and compared with the 5’-IMP ligand. The results showed that the two complexes have a strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and pneumococcus, while the ligand 5’-IMP No antibacterial effect.
