以航空发动机某一级叶片型面的测量为例,基于样板法设计了一种空间型面测具,对设计过程和主要部件进行了论述。该测具将叶片的空间型面转换在二维平面进行测量,使用和调整方便,设计精度满足检测要求。样板的理论型线用三次B样条函数构造,推导了曲线拟合控制点的求解方程组。
Taking the measurement of a blade profile at a certain level of aeroengine as an example, a space profile measuring tool is designed based on the template method, and the design process and the main components are discussed. The measuring tool converts the spatial profile of the blade to be measured on a two-dimensional plane, and is convenient to use and adjust, and the design precision meets the detection requirement. The theoretical model line of the model is constructed by cubic B-spline function, and the solving equation set of the curve fitting control point is derived.
