我国证券市场正在由卖方市场向买方市场转变。客户间其投资实力、文化背景与偏好、习惯、年龄阶段有所不同,要在众多纷繁的左右股民对股票选择的因素中判断那些根本的因素,有针对性地制定客户服务计划,必须建立新型的投资群体细分组合。基于此,利用聚类分析的基本思想,构建投资群体动态聚类方法的模型,以及股票市场投资群体聚类分析框架。研究结果表明,应用聚类分析能细分客户市场,适应不同的人对股票的不同投资需求,而股票投资机构能够有目的地、针对性地满足他们的需要。
Our stock market is changing from the seller’s market to the buyer’s market. The investment strength, cultural background and preferences among clients, their habits and age are different. To judge those fundamental factors among the numerous factors that affect the stock selection, and to formulate customer service plans in a targeted manner, new types of customers must be established The investment group segmentation portfolio. Based on this, using the basic idea of cluster analysis, this paper builds a dynamic clustering model for investment groups and a clustering analysis framework for investment groups in the stock market. The results show that the application of clustering analysis can segment the customer market to adapt to different people’s different investment needs of stock, and stock investment institutions can purposefully and purposefully meet their needs.
