为揭示影响休眠期核桃伤流发生因素,以“绿岭”核桃1年生枝条为试材,研究了核桃枝条淀粉酶活性、淀粉含量、可溶性糖含量、枝条的相对电导率及组织结构等与伤流量的关系。结果表明:1年生枝条中的淀粉酶活性与伤流量呈显著正相关或极显著正相关,相关系数为0.729 6~0.901 7;枝条中的淀粉含量与伤流量呈负相关,相关系数为-0.800 54~-0.636 12;枝条中的可溶性糖含量与伤流量呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.881 42~0.968 55;在-5~5℃之间枝条的抗寒性反应程度影响枝条伤流量的大小;枝条在休眠前期和中期的伤流量与材部面积呈极显著正相关,与导管面积、材部面积/横断面积呈显著正相关,与皮部面积/横断面积呈显著负相关。分析表明伤流总量与树皮面积/横断面积呈显著负相关。淀粉酶活性、可溶性糖含量和导管面积是影响1年生核桃枝条的重要因素。
In order to reveal the factors that affect the occurrence of injury in walnut during dormant period, we studied the amylase activity, starch content, soluble sugar content, relative conductivity and tissue structure of walnut branches in "Green Ridge Relationship with injury flow. The results showed that the amylase activity in wounds of one-year-old branches was positively or very significantly positively correlated with the wound volume, and the correlation coefficient was 0.729 6-0.9071. The starch content in the branches was negatively correlated with the wound volume, and the correlation coefficient was -0.800 54 ~ -0.636 12; The soluble sugar content in the shoots was significantly and positively correlated with the wound volume, and the correlation coefficient was 0.881 42 ~ 0.968 55. The degree of cold resistance of the shoots affected the shoot injury at -5 ~ 5 ℃ There was a significant positive correlation between the wound volume in the early and middle stages of dormancy and the area of the callus. There was a significant positive correlation between the wound volume and the area of the catheter, the area of the calculus and the cross-sectional area of the callus, and negatively correlated with the area of the callus. Analysis showed that the total amount of wounds and bark area / cross-sectional area was significantly negatively correlated. Amylase activity, soluble sugar content and catheter area are important factors that affect the annual perennial walnut shoots.
