本文报道了用氰化高铁血红蛋白测定法检测Hb从1天到76岁以上共27个年龄组健康正常人群11146例的Hb平均水平,各年龄组最低200例,最高1020例,男女各半。我省各年龄组均值与国外报道相比普遍偏低,存在明显性差异(P<0.001);我省在2周至2个月年龄组降至接近成人水平;国外报道下列年龄组均值女性比男性高:2～3天,2岁,4岁,11～15岁,71～75岁,我省未见有此情况。初步调查正常人群Hb参考值可用于日常检测Hb的参考。
In this paper, the average Hb level of 11146 healthy normal people in 27 age groups from 1 day to 76 years old was measured by using cyanmethemoglobin assay. The lowest level was 200 cases in each age group and the highest was 1020 cases. The average value of all age groups in our province is generally lower than that of foreign reports, and there is a significant difference (P<0.001). In our province, the age group falls to close to the adult level in 2 weeks to 2 months; the foreign reported that the following age group mean female than male Gao: 2 to 3 days, 2 years old, 4 years old, 11 to 15 years old, and 71 to 75 years old. There is no such situation in our province. A preliminary survey of the normal population Hb reference value can be used for routine detection of Hb reference.
