翻译项目风险与翻译项目成本、收益密切相关。随着项目风险的增大,翻译项目的成本投入会增加,翻译项目效益的输出则相应减少。但现有的项目风险研究文献对翻译项目风险的系统度量研究不多。本文将定性与定量研究方法相结合,建立基于WBS-RBS的翻译项目风险评价指标体系,并引入ANP决策法,经综合考虑上层元素对下层元素的支配作用及元素集、元素之间的相互影响,确定翻译项目风险因子的权重后,构建了基于ANP的翻译项目风险评价模型。基于此,实证研究翻译项目风险,验证该决策法的实用性。
Translation project risk and translation project costs, income is closely related. As project risks increase, the cost of translation projects will increase, while the output of translation projects will be reduced accordingly. However, there is not much research on the systematic measurement of translation project risk in the existing project risk research literature. This paper combines qualitative and quantitative research methods to establish a risk assessment index system based on WBS-RBS and introduces the ANP decision-making method. After considering the dominance of the upper elements on the underlying elements and the interaction between the elements and the elements After confirming the weight of risk factors of translation project, a risk assessment model of translation project based on ANP is constructed. Based on this, the empirical study translates project risks and verifies the practicability of the decision-making method.
