以金银花叶片为外植体,研究了2,4-D等植物生长调节剂对愈伤组织诱导和植株再生的影响.结果表明:最佳愈伤组织诱导培养基为MB+1.0mg/L 2,4-D+0.5mg/L KT,愈伤组织诱导率达91.84%,生长良好;最佳不定芽分化培养基为MB+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L IBA,不定芽分化率达93.33%,且生长旺盛;最佳不定芽生根培养基为1/2MB+2.0mg/L IBA+0.2mg/L IAA,生根率达83.33%,且根较多,苗健壮.试管苗移栽成活率达89.3%.
The effects of 2,4-D and other plant growth regulators on callus induction and plant regeneration were studied with honeysuckle leaves as explants.The results showed that the optimum medium for callus induction was MB + 1.0mg / L 2 , 4-D + 0.5mg / L KT, the callus induction rate was 91.84%, and the growth was good.
