河北省魏县是个有75万人口的农业县。全县共有35kV变电站7座,总容量为56450kVA,10kV线路1080km,低压线路2000km,配电变压器1855台,年用电量1.5亿kW·h,农村电工963名。 对于这样一个农业用电大县,农村电工由谁管?怎么管?如何把这支庞大的队伍建设好、组织好、管理好,以适应农电体制改革和农电发展的需要,是当前农电管理工作中一个极为重要和亟待解决的问题。1996年,魏县电力局开始探索对农村电工实行专业化管理的新路子,在实际运作中收到了明显效果。
