电话机已进入千家万户,成为人们日常交换信息的工具。电话的语音是通过交换机进行信息处理的,程控交换机是广泛使用的一种信息处理机,它是在电子计算机的控制下,为用户提供接转电话等项服务。由于这里的电子计算机不是为了计算,而是进行自动交换的信息处理,因此又称为数据信息处理机。 如同其他制式的交换设备一样,程控电话交换机要进行电话交换,需由话路设备和控制设备两大部分组成,至少要满足以下五项基本要求:
