Sports and fitness are the most important, cost-effective and easy-to-use effective measures for controlling chronic diseases. Therefore, in 1996, the World Health Organization (WHO) put forward a declaration of lifelong participation in physical exercise. According to a published statistics, there are 2 million people who die every year in the world as a result of “physical inactivity”, a phenomenon that is as common in developing countries as developed countries. Some studies show that compared with those who actively exercise physical activity, people who exercise or spare time in the free time, on average, want to age 10 years in the biological sense. Sports and fitness are an integral part of the lives of many foreigners, especially Americans. In their eyes, exercise is health. The author learned from her daughters in the United States for nearly 10 years that many of the American elderly love fitness activities. Meanwhile, during my visit to the United States, I came to know and pay more attention to this aspect. Now summarized as follows, with a view to the elderly in our country have some inspiration and help.
