头痛是儿科临床常见的症状之一,其病因复杂,涉及多种疾病。我院1990年～1997年收治儿童复发性头痛98例,分析报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组男67例,女31例;年龄1～3岁5例,～7岁28例,～15岁65例。 1.2 临床表现:病程:所有病例头痛时间反复或持续2周以上。其中2周～6月41例,～1年29例,～2年18例,2年以上10例,病程最长达5年。
Headache is one of the most common clinical symptoms in pediatrics. Its causes are complicated and involve many diseases. Our hospital from 1990 to 1997, 98 cases of recurrent headache in children admitted, the analysis report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: The group of 67 males and 31 females; aged 1 to 3 years in 5 cases, ~ 7 years in 28 cases, ~ 15 years in 65 cases. 1.2 Clinical manifestations: course of disease: all cases of headache repeatedly or for more than 2 weeks. Of which 2 weeks to June in 41 cases, ~ 1 year in 29 cases, ~ 2 years in 18 cases, more than 2 years in 10 cases, the duration of up to 5 years.
