随着电力工业的飞速发展,高参数、大容量、节能环保机组的不断涌现,必然涉及到所用钢材等级的提高、品种增多、焊接结构复杂等诸多不利因素,对金属材料的焊接可靠性提出了更高的要求。近年来,我公司承担电厂安装机组的主蒸汽管道、再热段管道、高温过热器、后屏过热器等部件的集汽集箱的连接管、汇集集箱等均采用了SA335P91钢。通过施工实践,对SA335P91钢的现场安装焊接工艺形成了一套完整的焊接工艺与措施。
With the rapid development of the power industry, high-parameter, high-capacity, energy-saving environmental protection units continue to emerge, inevitably involves the use of steel grades to improve the variety increased, the welding structure is complex and many other unfavorable factors on the welding reliability of the metal material higher requirement. In recent years, our company has taken SA335P91 steel as the connecting pipe for the main steam pipe, reheat section pipe, high temperature superheater, rear screen superheater and other components of the steam header installed in the power plant. Through the construction practice, the SA335P91 steel on-site installation of the welding process has formed a complete set of welding processes and measures.
