连花清瘟对大鼠急性放射性肺损伤的防护作用

目的探讨连花清瘟(Lianhuaqingwen,LHQW)对大鼠急性放射性肺损伤的防护作用及机制.方法采用随机数字表法将36只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,给药组(照射+0.42g/kg组)、单纯照射组和空白对照组.除空白对照组,其他2组均以6MVX射线右肺单次20 Gy照射制作大鼠急性肺损伤模型.给药组从照射前3d开始至照射后第28天给予连花清瘟干膏粉溶液连续灌胃,空白对照组和单纯照射组
