In order to improve the sensitivity and specificity of the Widal reaction, we used the popular antigens of homemade strains during the epidemic of typhus for the detection of the Widal reaction, and received the expected results. The results are reported as follows. Typhoid fever diagnosis: Have the following (1) ~ (4) or (5). (1) the epidemic season has a clear history of contact with typhoid fever.
