人力资源管理实践是一种能够让组织绩效得到提高的方法,这种方法能让组织绩效得到有效的提升。本文根据人力资源管理实践与组织绩效的相互影响和相互关系,通过对江苏和上海两地制造业厂商的实地调查与资料统计,总结了人力资源管理对组织绩效的影响。
Human resource management practice is a way to improve organizational performance, which can effectively improve organizational performance. Based on the interaction and relationship between human resource management practices and organizational performance, this paper summarizes the impact of human resource management on organizational performance through field surveys and data statistics of manufacturing companies in Jiangsu and Shanghai.
