井下岩尘和煤尘是直接影响煤矿职工身体健康和安全生产的重要因素。我矿是个井深、巷远、煤尘多、瓦斯大的老矿。矿领导为了改善井下工作条件,保证安全生产,买了热合机制作水炮泥袋供井下放炮使用。开始制作的产品质量合格率只达50%左右,既浪费了材料,使用又不满意,直接影响防尘工作的开展。不合格产品的主要问题是从水袋嘴往外漏水。为了解决漏水问题,曾组织人员到外单位参观学习,改过几次水袋胎模,换过不同薄厚规格的塑料布,但产品合格率一直没上去,该加工厂只好停产。在矿科技科同志的协助下,经过认真分析研究终于找到了漏水原因;发现4层塑料布的当中两层不平,两边粘接处有塑料疙瘩,使当中两层粘合不好,造成从嘴往外漏水(见图1)。
Downhole dust and coal dust are the important factors that directly affect the health and safety of coal mine workers. Mine is a deep, alley, coal dust, gas old mine. The main problem of unqualified products is leakage from the water bag mouth. In order to solve the problem of water leakage, we have organized personnel to visit and learn from outside the unit, changed several hydroplaning molds and changed plastic sheets with different thickness standards, but the qualified rate of the products has not gone up. The processing factory had to stop production. With the assistance of the mine science and technology comrades, after serious analysis and research, we finally found the cause of water leakage. We found that two layers of plastic cloth were uneven on both sides. There were plastic knots on the two sides of the plastic cloth so that the two layers did not bond properly, Water leakage (see Figure 1).
