针对路基上CRTS-I型板式无砟轨道沉降量超过26 mm而无法通过扣件系统来调整轨面高程这一养护维修技术难题,依托上海高铁维修段CRTS-I型板式无砟轨道综合维修试验段,开展了CRTS-I型板式无砟轨道抬升修复技术的研究。通过对实践不断总结,提出了轨道板抬升技术方法,并从施工流程、修复材料特性、安全性和可靠性等方面对比分析了“板下袋装灌注快硬砂浆法”和“板下树脂填充法”两种修复工艺和方法,可供CRTS-I型板式无砟轨道地段路基不均匀沉降的整治提供参考和指导。
