武山铜矿一台20m~3空压机在使用过程中,155kW 电动机轴疲劳断裂。断裂部位在电动机轴输出端轴承内侧处,齐根断裂,贝状断口。如另锻制一根圆棒与转子轴打坡口对焊,工艺难度大,质量难以保证。在这种情况下,我们采取过盈配合接轴方案。首先,在转子轴待接端截短60mm,车削出直径φ110h6长度140mm的配合面,见图1。同时,制作接轴坯,接轴坯先把直径φ170及直径φ110U_7长度142mm配合面加工到图纸要求,见图2,转子轴与接轴坯
