目的 研究心电图R-S-T特征在心肌缺血分析中的意义,克服心电图ST-T段特征点定位的难点.方法 从心电图R-S-T特征点构造的特征三角形出发,对其推导出的各参数求均值、方差、近似熵,然后进行心肌缺血与非心肌缺血条件下的统计分析.结果 经公共数据库The Long-Term ST database(LTST)中心电数据的验证分析,5个特征参数有显著性结果,它们为:RTrv,RSrv,TSrv,ArearE,RatelrE.结论 从心电图R-S-T出发对心肌缺血进行分析,克服了ST-T段的特征点准确定位的难点,为基于心电图的心肌缺血分析提供另一依据.另外证明心率在心肌缺血检测中意义重大.“,”Objective To overcome the difficulty in positioning the feature points of electrocardiogram (ECG)ST-T complex by analyzing myocardial ischemia (MI) using ECG R-S-T characteristics. Methods The means,variances, and approximate entropies of some characteristics extracted from triangle RSTs were calculated,then they were used for statistical analysis between myocardial ischemia states and non-myocardial ischemia states. Results Five new indicators, including RTrv, TSrv, RSrv, ArearE,and RatelrE, were presented,and significant differences were obtained after The Long-Term ST database (LTST) verification. Conclusion Myocardial ischemia is analyzed based on ECG R-S-T in this paper, which overcomes the difficulty in positio-ning the feature points of ST-T complex, and the experimental results provide recommendation for myocardial ischemia analysis based on ECG. In addition, heart rate (HR) plays a significant role in MI detection.
