将脂肪酶固定在pH玻璃电极上,制成甘油三酯酶传感器.对传感器的制作方法和响应性能进行了研究.在37℃,选择TrisHCl缓冲溶液(pH85)为测量介质,所制传感器对甘油三酯的响应线性范围为309×10-6~191×10-3mol/L,响应斜率为327mV/pC,响应时间为5~10min,使用寿命可达25d.用研制的传感器测定了人和兔血清中的甘油三酯含量,结果满意.
The lipase was immobilized on a pH glass electrode to make a triglyceride enzyme sensor. The fabrication method and response performance of the sensor are studied. The linear response range of the sensor to triglyceride was 37.09 × 10-6 ~ 1.9 × 10-3mol / L at 37 ℃ with Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.5) as the measuring medium. The response Slope of 32 7mV / pC, response time of 5 ~ 10min, the service life of up to 25d. The developed sensor was used to determine the triglyceride content in human and rabbit serum with satisfactory results.
