“合作学习”已成为新课标倡导的理念之一,而美国思想家史蒂芬.柯维对于合作也提出了“统合综效理论”。笔者联系教学实际,认为在初中语文合作学习中,一定要调动学生在动机需要、方法技巧、心理特征、评价机制等方面的积极因素,发挥学生个体和群体在合作学习的作用,进行适时而有效的点拨引导,方能达到统合综效。
“Cooperative Learning ” has become one of the concepts advocated by the New Curriculum Reform. And American thinker Stephen Covey also proposed “Unified Synergy Theory” for cooperation. In connection with teaching practice, the author thinks that in junior middle school Chinese cooperation learning, we must mobilize the positive factors such as motivation, method skills, psychological characteristics, evaluation mechanism and so on, and give play to the role of individual students and groups in cooperative learning in a timely and effective manner The guidance of the point, in order to achieve synergy.
