目的了解广西金属冶炼作业工人作业过程中接触化学物质的职业病危害情况,以便制定有针对性的防护措施。方法进行现场职业卫生学调查和空气中化学物质浓度检测,收集职业健康检查资料。结果金属冶炼生产线空气中铅、锰、砷、镉、一氧化碳等化学物质有不同程度超标。工人工作不到3年就出现尿镉、尿砷、尿锰超标现象。结论广西金属冶炼作业工人接触化学物质危害较大,应加强执法监督力度,加强对职业病危害的认知和干预。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards of exposure to chemical substances during the operation of Guangxi metal smelting workers in order to formulate targeted protective measures. Methods On-site occupational hygiene survey and airborne chemical concentration testing were conducted to collect occupational health examination data. Results Metal smelting production line of lead, manganese, arsenic, cadmium, carbon monoxide and other chemical substances have varying degrees of excessive. Less than 3 years of work workers appeared urine cadmium, urine arsenic, urine manganese exceeded the standard. Conclusion Guangxi metal smelting workers exposure to chemical substances more harmful to the law enforcement supervision should be strengthened, and strengthen the cognitive hazards and occupational hazards and intervention.
