【编辑点睛】成都高新区教研室虽没有充足的人员配置,却卓有成效地撬动了区域小学数学课堂变革。课堂变革因素复杂,教育观念、改革动力、操作策略、管理评价等相互的关系若处理不好,改革实践就会扯不清,理还乱。而高新区的数学课堂变革不仅没有出现纠缠状,而且风生水起。其奥妙何在?立愿破胆:教育改革,成也质量,败也质量。通过反思教学质量观念和管理行为的偏差,高新区教研室更新质量观念,转变管理行为,给力课堂改革,促使学校、教师重树育人愿景,放胆变革课堂。
