本文研究了不同含气量对砂浆拌合物性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着含气量的增加,砂浆拌合物保水率呈现升高趋势。当含气量分别在3.3%和8.0%以下时,含气量的增加并未对砂浆抗压强度和拉伸粘结强度造成明显不利影响。但当含气量大于10.5%后,砂浆力学性能指标损失严重。综合考虑砂浆拌合物及力学性能,适宜的含气量范围为4.0%~10.0%,较佳的含气量范围为6.0%~8.0%。
This paper studies the effects of different gas contents on the properties and mechanical properties of mortar mixes. The results showed that with the increase of gas content, the water retention of mortar mixture showed an upward trend. When gas content is below 3.3% and below 8.0%, the increase of gas content has no obvious adverse effect on mortar compressive strength and tensile bond strength. However, when the gas content is more than 10.5%, the loss of mechanical properties of mortar is serious. Considering the mortar mixture and mechanical properties, suitable gas content ranges from 4.0% to 10.0%, and the preferred gas content ranges from 6.0% to 8.0%.
