在研制超小型电磁密封继电器过程中,其装配工作有80%是靠焊接来完成的,而其中点焊又占相当大的比例.开始,采用点焊机配成形电极的方法进行焊接,发现有许多问题难以解决.首先是继电器产品体积小,而内部需装配近20个零件,因而无法使电极头伸入有限的空间;其次在进行簧片和触点的焊接时,因点焊机两极间的焊接压力太大,使触点表面留有明显的焊接痕迹,且两极压力的调节很不方便;再者,因点焊机两极空间的限制,有些零件在焊前定位比较困难.针对上述问题,设计制作了一种简单实用的焊钳,具体结构见右图.
