随着我国不断深化建筑施工现场管理,保障建筑工程质量的一项重要措施就是细化施工管理工作,明确建筑施工管理职责。在建筑施工中,管理工作会直接影响工程质量的高低,采取合理的管理模式,能够有效的提高工程质量,降低工程成本,缩短工程工期。建筑企业的信誉、经营效益和企业管理公作有直接关系,企业管理工作甚至决定着企业的命运。本文首先分析了建筑企业管理的基本规律,并对目前企业施工责任归属的问题进行了重点探讨,研究了当前企业工程安全管理出现的问题,提出了具体的施工管理措施,以保证项目的正常执行。
As China continues to deepen the construction site management, construction quality assurance an important measure is to refine the construction management, construction management responsibilities clear. In the construction of buildings, the management work will directly affect the quality of the project, adopt a reasonable management mode, which can effectively improve the quality of the project, reduce the project cost and shorten the construction period. The credibility of the construction business, operating efficiency and business management has a direct public opinion, business management and even the fate of the business. This paper first analyzes the basic rules of construction enterprise management and focuses on the current problems of enterprise construction responsibility attribution. It studies the problems that appear in current enterprise engineering safety management and puts forward specific construction management measures to ensure the normal implementation of the project .
