本文阐述TN-65录音机芯超越离合器的毛毡与聚甲醛之间的摩擦系数特性。通过在自行设计的实验台上进行的实验,得出了摩擦系数随比压、相对速度及温度的变化关系曲线,然后用最小二乘法进行曲线拟合,求出拟合函数式,从而建立超越离合器的摩擦力矩的数学模型,并进行优化设计,求出最佳参数值。为我国录音机芯超越离合器的自行设计提供一个较合理的设计方法。
This article describes the coefficient of friction between felt and polyoxymethylene overrunning the TN-65 recorder. Through the experiments on a self-designed experimental bench, the relationship between friction coefficient and pressure, relative velocity and temperature is obtained. Then the curve fitting is performed by the least square method, and the fitting function formula is obtained to establish the transcendence Clutch friction torque of the mathematical model, and optimize the design, find the best parameter values. It provides a more reasonable design method for the self-design of the overrunning clutch in China.
