提高烧结机利用系数是满足钢铁市场旺盛需求、降低成本的有效途径。在不改变原有烧结工艺参数的条件下,通过在烧结台车上安装支撑板减轻下部料层荷重,改善料层透气性,增加通过料层的风量,进而提高烧结机产量。在烧结杯试验的基础上,给出了工业生产用支撑板的形状设计、在台车上的布置方式以及对支撑板材质的要求。两阶段工业试验表明,安装支撑板后,烧结产量平均提高6.34%;转鼓强度平均下降0.07%,仍保持在同一水平;筛分和抗磨指数改善。烧结生产稳定,取得了良好的经济效益。
Improve sintering machine utilization factor is to meet the strong demand of the steel market, an effective way to reduce costs. Under the condition of not changing the original sintering process parameters, the support plate is installed on the sintering trolley to reduce the load of the lower material layer, improve the permeability of the material layer, and increase the air volume passing through the material layer so as to increase the sintering machine output. Based on the experiment of sintering cup, the shape design of support plate for industrial production, the arrangement on the carriage and the requirements for the material of the support plate are given. Two-stage industrial tests show that after the installation of the support plate, the sintering yield increased by 6.34% on average; the drum strength decreased by 0.07% on average, remained at the same level; the screening and anti-wear index improved. Sintering stable production, and achieved good economic benefits.
