目的:观察清肝胶囊治疗实验性脂肪肝的作用。方法:采用高脂饲料致大鼠脂肪肝模型和大鼠酒精性脂肪肝模型,观察肝脂、血脂、肝功能和肝组织病理形态改变。结果:灌胃清肝胶囊344、172、86mg/kg×42d,对高脂饲料致大鼠脂肪肝模型各剂量均可降低血清和肝TC、TG含量,减轻肝脂变程度;灌胃清肝胶囊344、172、86mg/kg×28d,对大鼠酒精性脂肪肝模型各剂量均可降低肝TC、TG含量,抑制酒精性脂肪肝ALT活力升高,减轻肝脂变程度。结论:清肝胶囊对高脂饲料致大鼠脂肪肝模型和大鼠酒精性脂肪肝模型有显著防治作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qinggan capsule on experimental fatty liver. METHODS: Rat model of fatty liver induced by high fat diet and rat model of alcoholic fatty liver were used to observe the hepatic lipids, lipids, liver function and pathological changes of liver tissue. Results: The 344, 172, 86mg/kg × 42d of Qinggan capsules were administered to the rats. All the doses of high fat diet-induced fatty liver in rats reduced the content of TC and TG in serum and liver and reduced the degree of hepatic steatosis; Capsules 344, 172, and 86 mg/kg x 28 days, each dose of rat alcoholic fatty liver model can reduce the liver TC, TG content, inhibit alcoholic fatty liver ALT activity increased, reduce the level of hepatic steatosis. Conclusion: Qinggan capsule has significant preventive and therapeutic effects on rat model of fatty liver induced by high fat diet and model of alcoholic fatty liver in rats.
