健康科技产业在我国具有巨大的发展潜力。伴随中国经济转型和产业升级,健康科技产业已经成为中山地区的支柱产业。然而,日益增长的人才需求和现阶段人才供给不足之间的矛盾已经成为中山市健康产业集群发展不可回避的问题。本文利用灰色系统理论和中山市历年相关数据构建高技能人才需求预测模型,通过精度检验和精度定级以保障预测模型的科学性。然后运用模型预测未来几年中山市健康产业集群对高技能人才的需求规模及缺口,旨在从培养潜在人才、留住现有人才和吸引外来人才等方面提出应对策略,为打造产业千亿规模献言献策。
Health science and technology industry in our country has great potential for development. With China’s economic restructuring and industrial upgrading, the health science and technology industry has become a pillar industry in Zhongshan. However, the contradiction between the increasing demand of talents and the shortage of talents at the present stage has become an unavoidable problem for the development of health industry cluster in Zhongshan City. In this paper, gray system theory and relevant data of Zhongshan City over the years to build high-skilled personnel demand forecasting model, through the accuracy test and accuracy rating to ensure the scientific predictive model. And then use the model to predict the scale and gap of Zhongshan’s health industry cluster’s demand for highly-skilled personnel in the next few years. The aim is to propose coping strategies in terms of cultivating potential talents, retaining existing talents and attracting foreign talents. In order to build the industrial scale of 100 billion Offer advice and suggestions.
