本文主要研究采煤工作面用双链刮板运输机刮板链子的平均张力以及与此有关的问题。关于链子运动过程中因动负荷所引起的对链子张力的影晌,是学术上一个专门问题,本文将不详述。近年来,由于刨煤机及采煤康拜因的使用,工作面长度的增加,爆破装载法的使用以及移置运输机的机械化方法的出现,运输机的长度及刮板链的负荷亦相应的增大,因而,精确地计算链子的张力以及与此有关问题的讨论,对运输机的发展及改进来说,是重要的。 论文计有四章:第一章研究了运输机槽节一侧装有侧板,且被运材料对于槽节的对称中心来说装载并不对称时(例如爆破装载法),运输机两键所负担的单位长度运动阻力的关系;第二章对直线铺设的运输机发生于主动星轮冲遇点处两链的最大张力作了分析,并从影响两链的张力出发,对现有双链运输机的紧链机构及其所生的紧链力作了比较及分析;第三章研究了自移式运输机链子通过槽节的穹曲部分时两链张力的变化;第四章是实验,这里曾对第一章及第三章的内容作了实验,实验结果与理论分析基本上是符合的,实验据非电量电气测定的原理,曾使用电阻式应变仪及录波器等仪器,作了链子张力变化的波形记录。
