国际著名新制度经济学家青木昌彦认为,转向追求国民幸福总值GNC,使日本处于自明治维新以来又一次的伟大历史转折中。美国《外交政策》季刊与《亚洲时代周刊》不约而同注意到,借助文化信息产业,日本的GNC创造了一个远远高于汽车工业产值的新财源。
Aoki Masahiko Aoki, an internationally renowned new institutional economist, believes that pursuing the GNC, the total national happiness, has put Japan in another great historical turning point since the Meiji Restoration. The U.S. Foreign Affairs Quarterly and Asia’s Time magazine coincidentally noticed that with the help of the cultural information industry, Japan’s GNC has created a new source of revenue far above the output value of the automobile industry.
