我国供销合作社是农民自己的合作商业组织,对农民承担部分教育任务,这是供销社的天职。当前,我国农村正经历着一场巨大而深刻的历史变革,这个变革集中表现为“两个转化”,即由自给半自给经济向商品经济转化,由传统农业向现代化农业转化。在这个过程中,供销社要为农民提供多方面的服务,其中包括技术指导、教育培训等服务。因为,农民需要从事商品生产和商品经营,客观上要求掌握商品生产技术和经营本领,其中90%左右的农民
China’s supply and marketing cooperatives are farmers’ own cooperative commercial organizations and undertake some educational tasks for farmers. This is the duty of supply and marketing cooperatives. At present, China’s rural areas are undergoing a tremendous and profound historical transformation. This transformation is manifested as “two transformations”, that is, the transition from subsistence to semi-subsistence economy to commodity economy, and transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. In this process, the supply and marketing cooperatives must provide farmers with various services, including technical guidance, education and training. Because peasants need to engage in commodity production and commodity management, objectively demanding the mastery of commodity production technology and business skills, of which about 90% are farmers.
