楼房建筑基础型式基本有三种类型,箱基、桩基及箱基加桩基。箱基一般是八层以上的建筑物,桩深30m 以上,为提高承载能力,高层建筑物应利用扩大箱式基础。本文浅谈八层楼房内灌筑桩基础,在应用实践中,具有无噪音、无震动、无挤土影响的优点。在轴向荷载作用下,桩身强度计算一般不难满足要求,关键在于施工时保证桩身成型和混凝土质量。
There are basically three types of building foundation types: box foundation, pile foundation and box foundation. The box foundation is generally a building with more than eight floors, with a pile depth of 30m or more. To improve the bearing capacity, high-rise buildings should use an expanded box foundation. This article will discuss the construction of pile foundation in an eight-story building. In application practice, it has the advantages of no noise, no vibration, and no impact on soil. Under the action of axial load, it is generally not difficult to meet the requirements for calculating the strength of the pile. The key is to ensure the formation of the pile and the quality of the concrete during construction.
