将SiC颗粒加入到化学镀液中在钛合金基体上制备出低磷Ni-P-SiC复合镀层,SiC添加量对复合镀层的表面形貌、成分、硬度的影响分别利用SEM、EDS及显微硬度仪进行了研究。结果表明:随镀液中SiC添加量的增多,镀层表面胞体尺寸均匀性变差,粗糙度增大,当SiC含量为4 g/L时,复合镀层表面粗糙度Ra达到1.21。当镀液中添加1 g/L的SiC时,低磷复合镀层的硬度提升到750 HV,经400℃热处理后其硬度可达1240 HV。
The SiC particles were added to the electroless plating solution to prepare the low-phosphorus Ni-P-SiC composite coating on the titanium alloy substrate. The effects of SiC dosage on the surface morphology, composition and hardness of the composite coating were investigated by SEM, EDS and microscopic The hardness tester was studied. The results show that with the increase of the amount of SiC in the plating solution, the uniformity of the cell body size on the surface of the coating becomes worse and the roughness increases. When the SiC content is 4 g / L, the surface roughness Ra of the composite coating reaches 1.21. When 1 g / L SiC was added into the bath, the hardness of the low phosphorus composite coating increased to 750 HV, and the hardness of the low phosphorus composite coating reached 1240 HV after being heat-treated at 400 ° C.
