对现行轮胎压路机在原地转向时,车轮与地面之间的摩擦阻力进行了分析计算,其中在滑动阻力矩取最大、滚动阻力矩取最小的情况下,滚动阻力矩占总阻力矩的39%。从而说明在确定轮胎压路机转向系统机件的力学设计原理与功率计算(负荷能力)时不能忽略滚动阻力矩。
The friction resistance between the wheel and the ground is analyzed and calculated when the existing tire road roller is steered in situ. The rolling resistance moment accounts for 39% of the total resistance moment with the largest sliding resistance moment and the smallest rolling resistance moment. Which shows that the rolling resistance moment can not be ignored when determining the mechanical design principle and power calculation (load capacity) of the components of the steering system of the tire roller.
