采用正交试验设计方法,研究了聚酰胺酸固体含量、反应温度、加料间隔时间和反应时间对聚酰胺酸分子量的影响,采用凝胶渗透色谱仪测试了不同反应条件下合成的聚酰胺酸的分子量。正交设计试验结果表明,合成最高分子量聚酰胺酸的反应条件为:反应温度为15℃,固体含量为8%,加料间隔时间为9min,反应时间为3h。在此基础上,使用TGA测试了由不同分子量聚酰胺酸合成的聚酰亚胺薄膜的热稳定性。试验结果显示,聚酰胺酸分子量越大,薄膜的热稳定性越好。
The effects of solid content of polyamic acid, reaction temperature, feeding interval time and reaction time on the molecular weight of polyamic acid were studied by orthogonal experimental design method. The polyamic acid synthesized under different reaction conditions was tested by gel permeation chromatography Molecular weight. Orthogonal design test results show that the reaction conditions for the synthesis of the highest molecular weight polyamic acid: the reaction temperature is 15 ℃, the solid content is 8%, the feeding interval time is 9min, the reaction time is 3h. On this basis, the thermal stability of polyimide films synthesized from polyamic acids with different molecular weights was tested by TGA. The experimental results show that the larger the molecular weight of polyamic acid, the better the thermal stability of the film.
