以可溶性淀粉为原料,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAA)为交联剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了CSM(交联淀粉微球)。研究了CSM对苯胺的静态吸附行为,分析了其吸附热力学和动力学特性,测定了不同温度时的吸附等温线,并探讨了吸附机制。结果表明:在研究范围内,CSM对苯胺的吸附在60 min以后达到平衡,其饱和吸附量为4.62 mmol/g,并且其吸附行为同时符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程;CSM对苯胺的吸附是一个自发、放热、焓推动的物理吸附为主的过程。
CSM (crosslinked starch microspheres) was synthesized by reversed-phase suspension polymerization using soluble starch as raw material and N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide (MBAA) as crosslinking agent. The static adsorption behavior of aniline on CSM was studied. The adsorption thermodynamic and kinetic properties of the aniline were also studied. The adsorption isotherms at different temperatures were measured and the adsorption mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the adsorption of aniline by CSM reached equilibrium after 60 min, and its saturated adsorption capacity was 4.62 mmol / g. The adsorption behavior of the aniline was consistent with the Langmuir equation and the Freundlich equation. The adsorption of aniline by CSM was a spontaneous , Exothermic, enthalpy-driven physical adsorption-based process.
