日前,励展博览集团宣布收购印度房地产零售行业主要展会之一——印度房地产零售论坛(IRF)及其附属活动印度购物中心论坛。并购后,IRF仍由具有深厚行业经验的原有团队运营。励展博览集团印度公司首席执行官Michael Mandl表示,“这是我们业务扩张令人兴奋的一步。原有的团队以其深厚的行业资源为展会打下了坚实的基础,现在有了励展的全球资源,展会将在国际化方面更上一层楼。”

当前,波兰经济正在飞速发展,是欧盟范围内增长最快的市场之一。作为波兰在过去二十年间最大的贸易伙伴,德国也从波兰经济的快速发展中获益。波兰进口总量的23%来自德国。德国知名展览主办方纽伦堡展览集团首席执行官Peter Ottmann表示,“2015年,来参观我们展会的波兰客商达到7,200名。此外,通过举办针对波兰市场的展览会,我们也为波兰企业打造进入德国市场的平台。”
India Retail Forum acquired by Reed Exhibitions
Reed Exhibitions is investing further in the Indian market as it has acquired India Retail Forum (IRF), a premier event serving the Indian retail real estate market and its satellite events, The Shopping Centre Forum and the Regional Retail Forums. IRF will continue to be managed under the leadership of Amitabh Taneja as Chief Convener in India. Commenting on the deal, Michael Mandl, CEO for Reed Exhibitions India said: "This is a very exciting development. Amitabh Taneja has built up a strong business in India and his experience and knowledge of the India retail real estate market combined with Reed Exhibitions global reach will be a great collaborative partnership."
The Sustainable Events Summit for a greener future
The Sustainable Events Summit (SES), a gathering of industry-leading corporate event organisers, brands, venues and suppliers, designed to promote the exchange of innovative ideas in sustainability, has initiated a major new research project. The research, backed by global full-service provider for live events GES, is the first of its kind in the sector, and will survey 100 event professionals at top global brands to gain greater insight into how sustainability informs both the planning and delivery of live events. The research was unveiled at the Sustainable Events Summit on November 21 in central London.
Strong German-Polish relations
Poland’s economy is developing at a fast pace and is one of the strongest growth markets in the European Union. Germany has been Poland’s most important trading partner by far for the last two decades: 23 percent of Polish imports come from Germany.
