为了观察不同浓度的葡萄糖酸钙注射液进入皮下组织所引起的损伤情况 ,用 10 %葡萄糖注射液稀释10 %葡萄糖酸钙注射液 ,配制成 3.33%、2 .86 %、2 .30 %及 1.6 7% 4种浓度的钙液作兔耳皮下注射。 48h后取注射部位耳廓组织常规制片镜检。结果显示 ,注射部位出现不同程度的急性渗出性炎性改变 ,炎性程度与钙液浓度呈正相关 ;1.6 7%钙溶液出现炎性反应最轻。提示 :1.6 7%葡萄糖酸钙注射液可作为静脉输注的常规浓度。
In order to observe the damage caused by different concentrations of calcium gluconate injection into the subcutaneous tissue, 10% glucose gluconate injection was diluted with 10% glucose injection to prepare 3.33%, 2.86%, 2.30% and 1.6 7% of 4 concentrations of calcium for subcutaneous rabbit ear injection. 48h after taking the injection site auricle tissue conventional microscopy. The results showed that acute exudative inflammatory changes occurred at different degrees in the injection site. There was a positive correlation between the degree of inflammation and calcium concentration. The lightest inflammatory reaction occurred in 1.6% calcium solution. Tip: 1.6 7% calcium gluconate injection can be used as a conventional intravenous infusion of concentration.
