目的探讨糖耐量减低(IGT)者和2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)和血脂六项值的变化情况,为糖尿病的早期诊断和病情控制提供更科学更合理的辅助依据。方法按1999年WHO公布的标准,根据临床诊断将受检人群分为三组,其中T2DM组61人,IGT组47人,对照组(NGT)56人。测定三组人群的HbA1c和空腹血清中的FPG、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB的浓度。结果T2DM组和IGT组中的FPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C、ApoB检测值显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01,其中ApoB为P<0.05);HDL-C、ApoA1和ApoA1/ApoB的检测值HbA1c显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05,其中ApoA1/ApoB为P<0.01)。结论T2DM患者和IGT患者血中的FPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C、ApoB水平明显升高,HDL-C、ApoA1和ApoA1/ApoB水平明显降低,联合检测HbA1c、FPG和血脂六项能对糖尿病的早期诊断、病情控制和诊疗效果提供重要的参考。
Objective To investigate the changes of six values of HbA1c, FPG and blood lipids in patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), so as to provide more scientific and comprehensive information for the early diagnosis and control of diabetes Reasonable supporting basis.
