目的观察两种粘弹剂V iscoat和Amvisc Plus在超声乳化术中对角膜内皮细胞的保护作用,并作定量分析。方法10只纯种日本大耳白兔随机分为两组:V iscoat组和Amvisc Plus组。每组5只兔,每只兔双眼行超声乳化术,术后6小时应用裂隙灯显微镜检查角膜,并用接触性角膜内皮显微镜观察角膜内皮细胞密度,同时在透射电镜下观察角膜内皮细胞的形态学变化。结果V is-coat组角膜大多透明,内皮细胞损失率最小(4.99±2.70)%,而Amvisc Plus组角膜水肿明显,内皮细胞损失率(8.22±1.52)%,与V iscoat组对比差异显著(P<0.05),透射电镜显示V iscoat组内皮细胞损害小。结论在相同的手术条件下,弥散性粘弹剂V iscoat对比其他粘弹性物质保护效果要好。
Objective To observe the protective effect of two kinds of viscoelastic V iscoat and Amvisc Plus on corneal endothelial cells in phacoemulsification and make quantitative analysis. Methods Ten purebred Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: V iscoat group and Amvisc Plus group. Each group of 5 rabbits, each rabbit eyes phacoemulsification, 6 hours after surgery, the use of slit lamp microscopy corneal examination and contact corneal endothelial microscopy corneal endothelial cell density, while under the transmission electron microscope to observe the morphology of corneal endothelial cells Variety. Results The cornea of V is-coat group was mostly transparent with the lowest rate of endothelial cell loss (4.99 ± 2.70)%, while the corneal edema of Amvisc Plus group was significantly lower than that of V iscoat group (8.22 ± 1.52)% <0.05). Transmission electron microscopy showed that endothelial cells in V iscoat had less damage. Conclusions Viscoat dispersible viscoelastic is better than other viscoelastic materials under the same surgical conditions.
