目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定慈航颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。方法:色谱柱:岛津ODS-C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(16∶84)为流动相,检测波长为319 nm,柱温为40℃,流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果:被测组分与相邻峰完全分离,阿魏酸的线性范围为(0.039 4~0.472 8)μg,r=0.999 0,平均回收率为98.3%,RSD=1.81%。结论:方法简便灵敏,结果准确可靠,可用于慈航颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Cihang Granules. Method: Column: Shimadzu ODS-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (16:84) as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 319 nm, column temperature at 40°C, flow rate It is 1.0 mL.min-1. Results: The components were completely separated from the adjacent peaks. The linear range of ferulic acid was (0.039 4~0.472 8)μg, r=0.999 0, and the average recovery was 98.3%. The RSD was 1.81%. Conclusion: The method is simple and sensitive, and the result is accurate and reliable. It can be used for quality control of Cihang granules.
