目的:建立原子荧光测定葡萄糖氯化钠注射液中微量砷的分析方法。方法:采用硝酸-硫酸湿法消解,结合硫脲-抗坏血酸溶液还原5价砷为3价砷进行样品前处理,检测波长为193.7 nm,灯电流为60 mA,狭缝宽度为0.4 nm。结果:被测溶液含砷量在12.0~60.0 ng·mL-1浓度范围内与荧光强度呈较好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.6%,最低定量限为12ng·mL-1。结论:本法可作为葡萄糖氯化钠注射液中微量砷的检测方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trace arsenic in glucose and sodium chloride injection by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods: The samples were pretreated with nitric acid - sulfuric acid by wet digestion and the reduction of pentavalent arsenic trivalent arsenic with thiourea - ascorbic acid solution. The detection wavelength was 193.7 nm, the lamp current was 60 mA and the slit width was 0.4 nm. Results: The concentration of arsenic in the test solution showed a good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity in the concentration range of 12.0-60.0 ng · mL-1. The average recovery was 98.6% and the lowest limit of quantification was 12 ng · mL-1. Conclusion: This method can be used as a detection method of trace arsenic in glucose and sodium chloride injection.
