提高不育系的异交结实率是杂交小麦种子生产技术研究的关键。在不同时期对K型 (粘果山羊草细胞质 )小麦不育系K76 6 4A用不同浓度九二○ (赤霉酸钾盐 )喷施处理。结果表明 :孕穗末期叶面喷施 45g/hm2 九二○ ,能提高不育系的柱头生活力 ,延长柱头授粉能力持续时间 ,从而使不育系的异交结实率增加 ,喷施时期太迟或剂量太大会产生负效应
