由吉林市江华汽车净化节能研究所林连有研制的稀混快燃汽车节油净化新技术在国内新老式解放牌汽车净化节油技术中处于领先地位。经吉林工大、交通部汽车节能中心、内蒙古交通设计院等单位所做的台架及实地检测表明,发动机功率提高12.1%,最大扭矩提高25.7%,最低节油率为18.7%,一氧化碳和碳轻化合物的排放浓度分别下降34.8%和96%,不仅大大低于国家标准,而且也低于西方国家标准。采用此项技术具有安装方便、成本低的特点,它是以改造发动机原设计把手,把汽缸盖、化油器、分电器、火花塞等通过非传统性的技术改造和安装方法,达到科学合理地匹
