俄罗斯目前有陆军、海军、空军以及防空、战略火箭军5个军兵种,120多万官兵,每年约有4万名退役军官。俄罗斯非常重视退役军官安置工作,并把退役军官的就业培训作为安置工作的重要环节。在退役军官就业培训上,俄罗斯建立了完善的组织机构,利用各种教育资源,采取多种形式和方法,坚持从部队开始,加强退役军官社会通用课目的培训,使多数退役军官具备了较高的文化素质和军地通用专业技能,从而满足了社会就业的需要。
Russia currently has 5 military arms and more than 1.2 million officers and soldiers of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Air Defense and Strategic Rocket Corps, and about 40,000 retired military officers each year. Russia attaches great importance to the resettlement of retired military officers and takes the employment training of retired military officers as an important part of the resettlement work. In terms of employment training for retired officers, Russia has established a sound organizational structure, used various educational resources, adopted various forms and methods, insisted on starting from the armed forces and strengthening the training of retired officers in social common courses so that most retired military officers possess higher Cultural quality and general military expertise to meet the needs of social employment.
